The Shine On Award is my third award (if anyone is counting!) in five months of blogging. I have to thank the blogger, Barb, at MY for nominating me. Yes, her blog is called MY. Why? Ask her!
Here is my award:

7 Things About Me
- I am bisexual, I think. The ratio is probably 90/10, in favour of men, though. I could tell you some stories…but I won’t. Not yet, anyway!
- I just came out of the closet online.
- I have no idea how people are going to react.
- I don’t really care how people are going to react; I am still the same person I always was!
- I think that there is more acceptance these days about the “alternate” community. (I am not sure what the politically correct term is, but I think it’s something like BGLT=Bi/Gay/Lesbian/Transgendered community.)
- I recently met two women online who are BGLT and are wonderful poets, authors, etc…
- You can find out who they are in my next post, which will be about ebooks and them!

Yes I enjoy reading I hesitate when nominated before now I done it once and found Phew! that was a job and a half, but it was fun to do. I appreciate the readers and the work that all of us put into our posts. I have been thinking of changing the name of my blog now to one of my most important poems I have written “Un Puzzled Heart” Writing that was a turning point. Time for a change of name.
The work is worth it, though, don’t you think?
This certainly has a bit more heft to it than most “Tell US 7 Things About You” blog entries I’ve seen. I’m always struggling to think of something that is both interesting and something I want the world to know, and I usually end up with some like:
1. I’ve been to 45 states.
2. Uhm, I think yellow Starbursts are fairly okay, really.
And it just goes downhill from there. Good on you, have something important to say, instead. Thanks for including me on the list!
I tend to go for the shock factor. Just to see if the peeps are listening!
